What data we collect
When you run a free AI analysis we store the domain you enter, your email address, the analysis result (score, sub-scores, questions, AI answers and recommendations) and a timestamp. If you create an account we also store your name, company and email address. When you buy a premium report we register the Stripe session, amount and receipt. We also log IP addresses in a rate-limit table to prevent abuse – this data is used only technically and is never sold.
Why we collect it
Analysis data is needed to deliver your free AI visibility analysis and show it on screen. Your email address is used for occasional updates about AI visibility – we never send newsletters in list form and never sell the address. Account details let you see previous reports, receipts and your profile. Purchase data is needed to confirm and manage your premium buy.
Third-party services
To measure AI visibility we send your domain and generated questions to Perplexity, Google AI answers (via SearchApi), ChatGPT and Gemini – plus Google Shopping and Maps. These services receive the domain and questions, never your email address or other personal data about you. Payments are handled by Stripe under their own terms; we never store your card details.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. The data is aggregated and anonymous; it cannot link visits to a specific person. You can block analytics cookies in your browser without affecting the analysis.
Storage and deletion
Analysis and lead data is stored in our database for up to one year and can be deleted earlier on request. Account data is kept as long as your account is active. Purchase data is retained per accounting requirements. Send a deletion request to hello@ai-seoranking.com with the domain or email address you want removed and we will handle it promptly.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to request access to, deletion of or correction of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to withdraw consent. Contact hello@ai-seoranking.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses necessary cookies to function (login and your consent choice). With your consent ("Accept all") we also use Google Analytics (measurement) and Google Ads (ad measurement and ad optimization) cookies; the recipient is Google. Visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked first. You can change or withdraw consent anytime via Cookie settings in the footer. Security
All API keys (SearchApi, Firecrawl, Stripe, Perplexity, AI services) are handled on the server side and never exposed in the browser. The database is protected with row-level security (RLS) so each user only reaches their own data. Rate limiting blocks abuse of the free analysis.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the site you accept the current version.
Website terms
The service is provided as is. The AI Visibility Score and report are guidance, not legal or business advice. AI services' answers may change over time and reflect their own models, not our positions. Report content may not be copied or distributed without written permission from ai-seoranking.com. Applicable law
This policy and the site are governed by Swedish and EU data protection law (GDPR). Any disputes are handled in a Swedish court.
